Establishing the Oregon LLC subsidiary under the DMI Inc. umbrella.
Timing Note
These formations can proceed once DMI Inc. is established or in parallel if advised by legal counsel. DMI Inc. will be the sole member of these LLCs.
4Form Oregon LLC
Key Actions:
- Consult Legal Counsel: Engage legal counsel for Oregon LLC formation.
- Choose a Name & Reserve: Confirm the desired name is available in Oregon.
- Appoint a Registered Agent: Required for forming an Oregon LLC.
- Prepare and File Articles of Organization: Draft and file with the Oregon Secretary of State. DMI Inc. will be listed as the member.
- Draft Operating Agreement: Establish internal rules governing the LLC, with DMI Inc. as the sole member.
- Obtain Federal EIN: Apply to the IRS for an Employer Identification Number.
